AJDwellings manages single-family, multifamily, and community-association operations. The relationship can follow an acquisition or begin with an existing property that needs a cleaner operating setup.

Leasing and management workflows use RentRedi and MLS, with screening, rent, renewals, and reporting handled online. Maintenance requests are reviewed through the management system. Vendors are coordinated around availability and access, and spending approvals follow the agreement with the owner.
Maintenance coordination
Requests move through the management software. Contractors or maintenance providers assess the work, owner-approved vendors carry it out, and the owner receives an update after completion.
Management transitions
AJDwellings can step into distressed or disorganized operations, collect the existing records, onboard occupants, and rebuild the management rhythm.
A takeover starts with the recent financial reports, rent roll, leases, deposits, notices, vendor history, and the owner's goals. Full onboarding can take up to 90 days when the existing operation is especially disorganized. Commercial leasing is outside the current scope.
