About AJDwellings

The more complicated the property, the more Alexa tends to see the puzzle.

Alexa Davison began learning about real estate through her family. Today, as the owner and managing broker of AJDwellings, she brings that foundation to investor acquisitions, renovation coordination, and property management.

Why AJDwellings exists

Problem solving
became the point.

Alexa learned about fund management, rental portfolios, tax-deed auctions, mortgages, and single-family renovations through her family. As she became involved in property and project management, she found that solving the difficult parts of a property was the work she enjoyed most.

One early investor project involved helping an out-of-country client analyze deals and acquire a home that had been stripped to framing. Alexa coordinated the local contractors, vendors, and renovation as the owner's representative. That approach continues across AJDwellings: clear communication, informed owner decisions, and a local point of contact.

Her goal is a long-term working relationship, not just a completed transaction. When an issue arises, she aims to bring the owner possible solutions and a clear next step.

02

Owner's-rep execution

Alexa handles local project coordination and keeps the investor informed on schedules, completed work, sticking points, and the financial decisions that need approval.

03

Distressed operations

At Tenoroc Park, a 29-site mobile-home community in Lakeland, Alexa's work has included property operations, resident communication, rehabilitation oversight, and infrastructure coordination.
