18th Ave · Ybor City · 2022–2024
Alexa helped oversee a family renovation and listed the single-family home. The layout changed from two bedrooms and one bathroom to three bedrooms and two bathrooms without adding square footage, alongside a larger kitchen and a more open plan.

Bay View · South Tampa
The three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4211 W Bay View Ave. underwent a further renovation following Hurricane Milton flooding. The work included HVAC and electrical updates, drywall replacement up to four feet above the floor, kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, paint, and additional closet space.
Coles Road · Clearwater · In progress
Alexa sourced a partially renovated property for an out-of-country investor and has managed the work as the owner’s representative. The project involved contractor bids, county-record research, resolving existing permits, and coordinating materials and vendors.
This remains an active investor project, not a completed flip or a realized investment return.
Tenoroc Park · Lakeland · Ongoing management
At this 29-site mobile-home park, Alexa’s role has included asset and property management, resident communication, rehabilitation oversight, vendor coordination, and infrastructure work. Operations and stabilization remain ongoing.
